IHIMER

The IHIMER SpA company represents the Group's Construction Equipment Division.

The IHIMER production plant - more than 36,000 square metres of surface, of which 8,700 covered, employing a staff of 54 - is located in Cusona near San Gimignano (Siena).

IHIMER SpA, fruit of the joint venture signed in 2002 between IMER Group and IHI Corporation, through the IHI Construction Machinery Ltd division, produces and distributes:

- mini excavators;
- skid-steer loaders;
- tracked mini dumpers;
- tracked aerial working platforms (AWP).

The mini excavators, featuring IHI technology, range from 0.8 to 8 tons, and are available in traditional and zero tail swing models.

The IHIMER products are marketed through a network of more than 100 distributors and retailers, spread evenly throughout all the principle countries of Europe. A worldwide distribution network for the skid loaders, AWP and tracked mini dumpers lines has been already established.
