IMER - L&T

April 2006 saw the establishment of IMER-L&T, the fruit of a joint venture between IMER Group and its Turkish partner Metin Uygur, distributor of the products of the Group?s Concrete Machinery Division for a decade.

With the creation of an industrial factory in the province of Aksaray (Turkey), IMER-L&T represents the Group?s first overseas productive investment.

The Aksaray plant, covering a total surface area of 35,000 square metres (of which 9,000 are covered), is located in a rapidly developing industrial area, near to the productive centres of important international firms involved in the mechanical sector.

The factory produces the complete range of truck mixers for the Turkish market and the neighbouring countries of the Caucasus. IMER-L&T is also carrying out the assembly and distribution of the batching plants range and ensures the sales and logistical base for the distribution of the whole range of the Group?s products on the local market.

The company employees a staff of 70 who work in Aksaray and the sales office in Ankara.
