Koine 3.1 is equipped with safety protections that immediately stop the electric motors in case of removal of the hopper grid or opening of the mixing chamber.

Koine 3.1 turns into a pump for ready-to-use smoothing products in paste, injection mortar and tuckpointing, simply by turning a switch on the control panel and adjusting the flow rate of material to your preference. In particular, the Coat version is equipped with a 400 l / min piston compressor, optimized for the application of fiber-rich or highly viscous smoothing products.
Dry modeThe dry product contained in the bags is poured into the hopper, where an agitator shaft accompanies the material towards the mixing chamber.The water needed to obtain the mixture is injected into the mixing chamber by a stainless steel pump. The water flow is kept constant by a particular stabilization system and controlled by a valve that starts or stops the flow when necessary. The amount of water in the mixture can be viewed in the flow meter and can be adjusted according to needs through a micrometric valve.
The material is mixed with water and immediately sucked by the eccentric screw pump, and then pushed into the hoses until it reaches the opposite end. The 6 adjustable pumping speeds allow to increase or decrease the power absorbed by the pump, adapting it to the electric power available in the electrical system.
Wet modeThe wet potted product can be poured directly into the Koine 3.1 hopper. If it is a dry product contained in the bags, to be mixed with water, it must first be mixed with a mixer in a container and then poured into the hopper to be pumped. The mixture contained in the hopper is sucked by the rotor-stator pumping system and pushed into the pipe until it reaches the opposite end of the pipe. The gradually variable speed allows you to adapt the flow rate of material to the application needs.
Different accessories for spraying products or devices for controlled pressure injections can be connected to the hoses.
The machine can also be used simply with an open hose for laying self-levelling or grouting products.
