IMER International S.p.A. and KATO IMER S.p.A. have signed an agreement concerning the Mini-dumpers Line. The production currently carried out at the KATO IMER plant in San Gimignano (Siena, Italy) will be moved to the IMER plant in Rapolano Terme (Siena, Italy), and the line will be strengthened thanks to investments aimed at the industrialization of the models through a vertically integrated production process.
The KATO IMER plant will be reorganized for expanding the Skid Steer Loaders range and increasing the production capacity of the excavators.
Both companies will continue to offer the Mini-dumpers on the market with their own brand and color in their respective sales channels.
